I contracted to get a new concrete patio, sidewalks and replacement of the existing driveway. The crew was easy to work with, respectful and listened to me when I spotted the patio slab was being mapped out incorrectly. They quickly corrected the concrete forms to bring it back to what I requested. The driveway was widened with even more expansion in front of the garage.

We had our house resided, painted, gutters installed, and two decks replaced. The residing crew did an amazing job. They were fast, courteous, and extremely hard working. I would hire them again without hesitation. The deck crew built two absolutely beautiful decks. They went above and beyond. I have to make special mention of Jordan of the painting crew. We will be using him for all future painting projects. I could not possibly recommend him highly enough.

I have a walk-out ranch making the deck high and it is under an overhanging roof, originally built in 1999. I put the replacement project out to bid with 6 bidders responding. Drew came over and he made suggestions for best practices and it was clear he knew what he was doing. Even though Scholten wasn't the low bid, we went with them to replace our deck because of their knowledge and approach. For clarity, they were substantially less than most of the bids we received. Their construction team was fantastic, cleaning up every night, happy to answer any questions and put in some long hot hours with a smile ...at least when I was there. Very happy with the outcome based on their suggestions. The details like the framing show they care about the outcome. Drew came out for the final face to face inspection which says a lot about their service as well. Highly recommended! I attached a few pics of the before and after.

Drew and his crew did an amazing job building our deck! Drew came to our house to give us an estimate the same day I called (which seems to be rare) and gave us a very fair estimate. He booked us in the schedule and kept us informed on the timeline per request. I had requested a few changes before they started and even one the day of and they were so gracious to transition with no issues. The four guys that built our deck were very respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this company to everybody!

Scholten Construction did a great job on my roof. The supplies were dropped off the night before and the roof was completed in 1 day. Not a single scrap or nail in my yard when finished. The employees were professional and friendly. I had several bids and they were several thousand less than the next closest. I will refer them to my friends.

The guys showed up on time removed the driveway and walkway, formed it up and poured all in the same day. Rain was in the forecast and the came back late in the day to put plastic down. Well appreciated. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking.

Tim Scholten helped me out this year with building our home. Tim was a HUGE help through the process of getting everything moving and the foundation done for the modular we had moved on site. When it came time to place the modular we found we couldn't say things went as well with Tad Fiegen and Western Housing. However Tim stepped in even though he didn't have to help us. He cared enough to see it through and make sure that things were finished. None of those problems were things Tim needed to be involved in! Tim was willing to step in and help with problems and unforeseen issues with Western. Tim cares. He was on site checking with his subs and talking with us making sure we got great service from his team. I will scream to the hills that Tim Sholten is amazing. I would work with the Scholten Construction crew any day of the week.

Just finished up a siding/painting project with Scholten construction. They did a wonderful job. Smoothly sailing over every bump in the road. When tearing off the vinyl siding Jorge discovered we have another layer of wood siding under the vinyl. Tearing off second layer of siding Jorge brought it to our attention that the window framing was rotten on all the windows. Jorge and his team didn’t just cover up the damage as window contractor did, they actually repaired the damage. Upon completion of the siding it was Dakota and Jorden’s turn to apply the paint and trim color to the house. An outstanding job. Every little detail was attended to and we are extremely happy with the job and the price. We now have a home that we can be proud of. Thank you Anthony and the entire team at Scholten construction.
